The Partners

With a diploma from the Ecole Nationale de la Magistrature and from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po), Olivier Pardo, a lawyer of 49 years of age, is the founding partner of the firm, which was founded fifteen years ago and specializes in bankruptcy and white collared criminal law.

He was formerly a criminal court judge.

Before opening his own practice, he also held the position of special consultant to the Minister of Justice, at which time he helped to develop the bankruptcy law of 1994. He then went on to consulting Jacques Barrot, Minister of Social Affairs in 1995.

Olivier Pardo regularly teaches bankruptcy proceedings at the Ecole de Formation du Barreau de Paris (EFB), a preparatory school for the bar. He also has arbitration missions and is a member of the ELA’s Fundation board. Olivier PARDO regularly writes articles in the paper Le Nouvel Economiste.


Catherine Boulanger, lawyer of 43 years of age, started her career in 1990 within Francis Teitgen and Jean-Pierre Mignard’s law firm, which specialized in bankruptcy, white collared criminal law, and European law. She founded her own firm in 1999 before joining Olivier Pardo’s, with whom she had been working with for already ten years.
Catherine Boulaner mainly deals with important commercial disputes, competition law and big restructuring files.


Ludovic Landivaux, a lawyer of 35 years of age, is a lauréat from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po). He started practicing by working for UGGC & Associés before joining Olivier Pardo in 2000. He also teaches bankruptcy proceedings at the EFB.

He mainly works in important civil and commercial disputes, emergency proceedings, M &A, competition law and contractual engineering.

The firm is very active in competition law issues and has developed a specific expertise and international relationships in that area.

Restructuring

Within the general category of restructuring, there are bankruptcy proceedings and out-of-court reorganization.

The firm is specialized equally in the taking over of companies in difficulty within all of the bankruptcy proceedings (liquidation, transfers of companies, and loan rescheduling plans) as well as accompanying these companies or represent and defend creditors’ interests.

The firm accompanies its acquiring or indebted clients through each stage of the restructuring: bankruptcy, corporate law, social law, tax law, recapitalizations, and managers’ liability.


White collared criminal law

Defense before criminal courts for corporate governance is an indispensable service in consulting companies.

The firm is specialized in preventing criminal law risks and in assisting heads of companies under investigation and before the criminal law courts.

The firm has made resolving crisis situations the third of its main specialties.
